1 – Use Anonymous Tab To Book Your Cheap Tickets

Sometimes out of habit, we try to use the normal browser with your login. That is, in Google Chrome, Safari or any other window you use, always try to open it as an “incognito tab”. Thus, your data is not saved and you will always have the real value of the ticket, and not according to your profile.

 

2 – Open the Skyscanner Page

Particularly speaking, I did some comparisons of tickets and the one that attracts me the most for the low prices and interesting flights, is through the Skyscanner website.

The platform is very simple and intuitive, but it contains some very interesting functions for those who want to save on tickets. Just open the incognito tab, copy and paste this link in the navigation window.

 

 

3 – Define the Airport You Will Depart from

In the first field you fill in which airport, city or country you want to board from. For example: Guarulhos, Rio de Janeiro, etc.

It is also important to define whether you want to buy round-trip, one-way or multiple cities, and how many passengers will travel.

 

4 - Define Destination

Here you have two options: if you already know where you want to go, just put the name of the city or country you want to visit.

If not, you click on the field and the site will give you the option of “Everywhere” and the Skyscanner search for you the destination that is most important today.

 

 

5 – Set Travel Date – 1st Option

Here's the big leap: in this option you click on the departure date field and select “Full Month”, then it will give you the option of months and the button right above “Cheapest Month”. Click Search and voila! Here are the options with the cheapest departure dates. Then click on “Search”.

Extra Tip: The more flexible you are with dates, the cheaper you will pay for your airline tickets, so it is important that you make a financial planning and always keep an eye out for offers.

 

 

5 – Set Travel Date – 2nd Option

For those who already have a set date, you also have the option to buy cheap airline tickets. You can also select “Whole Month” in the date field and click on the month you want to go to. And then click on “Search”.

Or you can also consult as a specific date and select the dates in green, which are the days that are usually more affordable.

Extra Tips

• Avoid holidays and high seasons: in addition to the tickets being at higher prices, depending on the destination you want to go, the costs can be more expensive as well.
• If you are used to using a credit card, try to participate in airline miles programs: in addition to joining, you can have your tickets even cheaper and even for free!
