Bolivia is a big country and has many places to explore. Our Brazil's neighbors are very welcoming and there is no shortage of places to go.

Taking advantage of the fact that it is a country where the Brazilian real is worth more, it's worth including it in your travel list. So paper, pen and Google Maps in hand, let's get started.

1 – Santa Cruz de La Sierra (Bolívia)

The city is home to one of the most famous squares in the country, Plaza 24 de Setembro. The square is huge and we had a lot of fun taking some pictures and seeing the people around.

An extra tip is to explore the street next to the square, where there are several museums, in particular the Municipal House of La Cultura Raúl Otero Reiche. Where it is really worth knowing, in addition to the super valid restaurants to eat typical Bolivian dishes.

2 – Train Cemetery – Uyuni

Another very interesting place to visit is the Train Cemetery, where it was a meeting point for trains from both the south and the north.

And as the machines got old, the trains were changed and those that were no longer used were abandoned in this region. Thus becoming known as the Cemetery of Trains.

3 – Salt Desert (Salar de Uyuni)

The largest salt desert in the world is located in Uyuni, Bolivia. There, in addition to the white immensity, there are 3 hotels, the square of flags and the famous Dakar, the biggest race of cars and motorcycles in a long way.

The best time to take those instagrammable photos with reflection, like ours below, is from November to March. In addition to the photos, I recommend seeing the beautiful sunset in this incredible place.

4 – Chulluncani Lagoon

Laguna is a full plate for those who love natural landscapes, crystal clear waters and flamingos to complete the wonderful view. It's a must see point.

It is located at an altitude of 4,035m above sea level, it is surrounded by mountains and very cold wind, but despite that, it is well worth the visit.
