What a pink and delightful post to write: the transport company Buser<\/strong> came with everything and has become a darling and most used means of transportation among tourists for its affordable prices and comfortable buses.<\/p>\n

Buser, or rather the \u201cUber\u201d of buses, is making it easier and (a lot!) comfy<\/strong> of armchairs for us travelers.<\/p>\n

So to take the test clean, we traveled from S\u00e3o Paulo capital to the countryside in the city of Pen\u00e1polis, my hometown, for a price of only R$60.00 each, one way. Where normally, that same price for another transport company would leave more than 100 Brazilian reals of tickets each, just the departure.<\/p>\n

But what is Buser and what does it have to offer?<\/h2>\n

Buser is a platform that acts as an intermediary between passengers and freightage, that is, a group of travelers come together and share the value of chartering a trip through this platform.<\/p>\n

As well as it offers a cheaper and safer travel alternative, where trips can cost much less compared to the price of the road, in addition to not charging any service fee.<\/p>\n

In addition, Buser hires trained and experienced drivers, verified and monitored vehicles, not to mention the comfort of the seats. Most trips are made in premium bed, bed, bed or semi-bed buses.<\/p>\n

As well as reservations are made through the company's website or application, making it easier to check tickets and saving the use of papers.<\/p>\n

How to book Tickets<\/h2>\n

Buying tickets through Buser is very simple and very satisfying, you can access the website<\/strong><\/a> from Buser. Where on the home page you find several Discount coupons<\/strong> for your trip.<\/p>\n

But, warning! This discount is only valid for your first trip! But don't worry, the next journeys booked by Buser will save you a lot more if you had booked with another bus company!<\/p>\n

In our reservation, we went in 4 people: me, Baby and my parents, we bought the tickets individually to be able to apply the discount coupon to everyone, and we paid 60 Brazilian reals each on the S\u00e3o Paulo \u2013 Pen\u00e1polis route, where compared to the company Reunidas , for example, the same stretch would cost 165.95 Brazilian reals.<\/p>\n

But Tina, where do I board the Buser bus?<\/h2>\n

Another aspect that I found very interesting in this innovation of Uber by bus: we do not wait for the buses at the bus station, but in a place reserved by Buser itself, it is very reminiscent of a freightage garage and has only one window with information, as the entire reservation is made only through of the company's website or app.<\/p>\n

You will identify your freightage through your reservation, which must contain the place of departure, time and most interestingly, the license plate of the available bus.<\/p>\n

When the driver arrives, just present your ticket and identification document, your name will already be on the boarding list.<\/p>\n

An important tip<\/strong>: Some trips may be delayed or advanced, depending exclusively on traffic, so I highly recommend if you have booked a ticket, be at the defined location for at least 30 minutes before<\/strong> of boarding time.<\/p>\n

Our experience traveling with Buser<\/h2>\n

We traveled for almost 8 hours on a bus hired by Buser, where we traveled in bed: the seats are large and very comfortable, it tilted to the point where we were lying down. We had a super smooth trip and time passed very quickly for such comfort.<\/p>\n

The bus had a very clean bathroom, a fridge with water and wifi, but the one we went was not working at the time, the driver had reported technical problems.<\/p>\n

Can I trust Buser?<\/h2>\n

As with everything that is new, we always question whether the company's system is reliable or not.<\/p>\n

Based on our experiences and that of other friends at Our Sweet Trip who also had the Buser experience, no issues were reported. Everyone liked it and indicated the option of traveling with Buser,\u00a0because it is the most fair price and the most comfortable option for the trip.<\/p>\n

On the website of Claim<\/a> Here<\/a><\/strong> Buser has a score of 7.7, with 9112 complaints and all answered, on the website of Consumer<\/strong><\/a> the company had 90 complaints in 2022, with a response rate of 65.6% and a score of 2.2\/5.<\/p>\n

Is it safe for me to travel with Buser?<\/h2>\n

Traveling with Buser is safe indeed and has the same level of security compared to any other freightage company across the country. All vehicles are monitored and inspected, in addition to having several safety items.<\/p>\n

The charter companies and professional drivers hired by Buser are certified by ANTT \u2013 National Land Transport Agency. In addition, all travelers have life insurance on the trip without paying anything extra for it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Que post mais rosa e del\u00edcia de escrever: a companhia de transportes Buser veio com tudo e vem se tornando queridinho e mais usado meio de locomo\u00e7\u00e3o entre os turistas pelos seus pre\u00e7os acess\u00edveis e \u00f4nibus confort\u00e1vel. A Buser, ou melhor, o “Uber” dos \u00f4nibus est\u00e1 facilitando e (muito!) tanto nos bolsos quanto no conforto das poltronas para n\u00f3s viajantes. Ent\u00e3o para tirar a prova a limpo, n\u00f3s viajamos de S\u00e3o Paulo capital at\u00e9 o interior na cidade de Pen\u00e1polis, minha terra natal, por um valor de apenas R$60,00 cada, s\u00f3 ida. Onde normalmente, esse mesmo pre\u00e7o por outra companhia de transportes sairia mais de 100 reais de passagens cada uma, somente a partida.   Mas o que \u00e9 a Buser e o que ela tem a oferecer? A Buser \u00e9 uma plataforma que faz o interm\u00e9dio entre passageiros e fretamento, ou seja, um grupo de viajantes se unem e dividem o valor do fretamento de uma viagem atrav\u00e9s dessa plataforma. Bem como ela oferece uma alternativa de viagem mais barata e segura, onde as viagens chegam a custar muito menos em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o pre\u00e7o de rodovi\u00e1ria, al\u00e9m de n\u00e3o cobrar nenhuma taxa de servi\u00e7o. Onde na p\u00e1gina inicial voc\u00ea encontra v\u00e1rios cupons de desconto para a sua viagem. Mas aten\u00e7\u00e3o! Esse desconto \u00e9 v\u00e1lido somente para a sua primeira viagem. Ainda assim n\u00e3o se preocupe, os pr\u00f3ximos trechos reservados pela Buser voc\u00ea ainda vai economizar muito mais se tivesse reservado com outra companhia de \u00f4nibus! Na nossa reserva, fomos em 4: eu, Baby e meus pais, fizemos a compra das passagens individualmente para poder valer o cupom de desconto para todos. N\u00f3s pagamos 60 reais cada no trecho S\u00e3o Paulo – Pen\u00e1polis, onde comparado com a empresa Reunidas, por exemplo, o mesmo trecho sairia por 165,95 reais.       Mas Tina, onde eu embarco no \u00f4nibus da Buser? Outro quesito que achei bem interessante nessa inova\u00e7\u00e3o de Uber de \u00f4nibus \u00e9: n\u00e3o esperamos os \u00f4nibus na rodovi\u00e1ria mas sim num local reservado pela pr\u00f3pria Buser, lembrando bastante uma garagem de fretados. Esse lugar reservado possui apenas um guich\u00ea com informa\u00e7\u00f5es, pois a\u00a0 reserva toda \u00e9 feita somente atrav\u00e9s do site ou aplicativo da empresa. Voc\u00ea ir\u00e1 identificar o seu fretado atrav\u00e9s da sua reserva feita, que dever\u00e1 conter o lugar de embarque, hora e o mais interessante, a placa do \u00f4nibus dispon\u00edvel. Quando o motorista chegar, basta somente apresentar seu ticket e documento de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o, o seu nome j\u00e1 estar\u00e1 na lista de embarque. Uma dica importante: Algumas viagens podem sofrer atrasos ou adiantamento, dependendo exclusivamente do tr\u00e1fico, ent\u00e3o eu super recomendo voc\u00ea esperar no local definido pelo menos 30 minutos antes do hor\u00e1rio de embarque.         Nossa experi\u00eancia em viajar com a Buser Fizemos quase 8h de viagem num \u00f4nibus contratada da Buser onde viajamos de leito: as poltronas s\u00e3o grandes e bem confort\u00e1veis, inclinava a ponto da gente ficar deitada. Fizemos uma viagem super tranquila e o tempo passou bem r\u00e1pido para tamanho conforto. O \u00f4nibus tinha banheiro bem limpinho, geladeira com \u00e1gua e wifii, por\u00e9m o que n\u00f3s fomos n\u00e3o estava funcionando na hora, o motorista tinha informado problemas t\u00e9cnicos.   >>Voc\u00ea tamb\u00e9m pode se interessar em Como Viajar o Mundo Gastando Pouco<<       Posso confiar na Buser?
